iBlack Limo Rental Agreement
Estimated Charges: The charges shown are estimated based on the provided information. Final charges will be calculated upon completion of your trip. Possible changes include Extra Stops, Parking Fees, Tolls, Waiting Time, or any other additional service requested by the client. Your card may be authorized up to 7 days in advance of the reservation for the amount of the estimate. Other charges may be added as needed upon completion of the reservation.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or any other accepted method. Payments must be made prior to departure unless otherwise agreed upon.
Gratuity Policy: iBlack Limo does not include gratuity in its charges. Gratuity is entirely at the discretion of the customer. Clients may choose to tip the driver directly or inform iBlack Limo via email about the gratuity amount they wish to add to their bill, which will be processed as a separate charge.
Disputes and Chargebacks: By booking a reservation with iBlack Limo, the client agrees that all charges incurred are valid and authorized. Any disputes regarding charges must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the trip completion. iBlack Limo reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including trip logs, GPS tracking data, and recorded communications, to refute any unauthorized chargeback claims. In the event of a chargeback dispute initiated by the client, iBlack Limo may pursue legal action and charge an administrative fee of $500 for handling the dispute.
Liability Waiver for Claims: The client acknowledges that iBlack Limo is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, appointments, or lost business opportunities resulting from delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical failures. By accepting this Agreement, the client waives any rights to bring claims or lawsuits against iBlack Limo for issues beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Extra Stops: A stop requested on route (defined as no more than 1 mile from the origin, destination, or current path) will incur a $25 charge. Stops beyond 1 mile will be charged at iBlack Limo’s discretion, based on the extra time required.
Parking Fees: Parking fees are estimated based on operational experience and may vary. The final charge reflects the actual parking authority fee, including any applicable meet-and-greet charges.
Tolls: Toll charges are estimated based on common routes. Actual toll costs may vary due to detours, traffic, roadwork, or last-minute passenger changes. The final toll fee will be charged upon trip completion.
Waiting Time Policy: The first 5 minutes are complimentary (except for airport pickups, where waiting time begins upon landing). After this, waiting time is billed at $2 per minute for Sedans/SUVs and $3.5 per minute for Sprinters/Coaches. Domestic and international airport arrivals include a 45-minute grace period, after which the standard waiting time rates apply. iBlack Limo adjusts pickup times based on flight tracking but is not responsible for delays due to airline errors, baggage claim issues, air traffic control changes, or terminal delays (e.g., Homeland Security, TSA checks). If a flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, an on-time pickup cannot be guaranteed. Private flights do not qualify for the 45-minute grace period. Many have found the walk from the meeting point to the parking garage lengthy, especially with luggage. Additionally, our Meet and Greet Service is not available for international flights. Your comfort is our priority.
Child Seat Policy: iBlack Limo provides child seats upon request. However, our drivers are not responsible for installing child seats for safety reasons. The parent’s or guardian’s responsibility is to check and ensure the child’s seat is installed correctly before travel. iBlack Limo assumes no liability for improperly installed child seats.
Itinerary: Clients must provide a detailed itinerary, including complete addresses and times, at least two weeks before departure. Any deviation from the itinerary, including additional stops, may result in additional charges. The driver will follow the provided itinerary and is not authorized to make changes without prior approval from iBlack Limo.
Driver Hours: The safety of our passengers and drivers is paramount. We adhere to federal regulations, which limit driver duty to 15 hours per day, with no more than 10 hours of driving. The driver must be given an 8-hour break between shifts. Additional charges may apply if your itinerary requires extended service hours.
Final Agreement: By making a reservation with iBlack Limo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is legally binding and protects both the client and iBlack Limo from any disputes that may arise.
